Consult Policy.
In order to provide each client with the best personalized service and adequately assess how our office would best assist each client our office policy requires an initial consultation to commence a case with each client.
Please read our consult policy below.
The first step to set up a consultation is to contact our office for an appointment date and time.
Once a consult is booked, our office will send you a questionnaire. Please answer all questions and send back to our office. Providing all relevant information that the questionnaire requests is in the client's best interest in order to have a productive and efficient consultation with the attorney.
At the consultation, the attorney will counsel the client on the client's available remedies and options to their unique situation. The client is able to ask the attorney questions about the substance of the case and about the client's available options.
After the consultation, the client may choose to retain the services of the office. If this is the case, a retainer agreement will be provided for review and signature. Please note this office reserves the right to decide whether or not they will accept a case.
Payment Policy:
The cost of a consultation is $100.00. A $50.00 deposit is required for each consultation at the time of scheduling a consultation. The remaining balance of $50.00 is due at the consult appointment. The deposit is refundable if a consult appointment is canceled 24 hours in advance. The deposit fee is not refundable if the consult appointment is not canceled within 24 hours. Please note this deposit is used to reserve the attorney's time for the client consultation.
Each consult appointment is scheduled for a duration of 30 minutes.
